This doctor has given me so much time, patiently answering every question and taking my opinions into account when making treatment decisions. He can have a gruff bedside manner but whoever gets to know him will realize how much he cares and keeps up with current research. Pretty sure every person at that office has bent over backwards for me over the years. Thank God for Atlantic Gastro.
Edited 6/2 Per the response from Dr Kaufmans office, I I sent an email. No response from the email. Ended up getting a new reference from my primary. This is very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. I have not even seen this doctored yet. I was given a referral for Dr Kaufam, by my primary care doctor. I called the surgery center by mistake the first time. They answered right awwy and cave me the correct number. I have called and called and called with no answer. There is no voice mail for anyone to even call you back. Good thing this is not an emergency. I guess I need to go back to my doctor for a different referral.
